After a complete demo of the kitchen and adjacent space it doubled the size of the kitchen, and we built a small bump-out and added a few windows. The amenities make this a true dream kitchen. Double islands create both added work space and inviting seating. The islands are wrapped in shiplap and the homeowner whitewashed them and chose stunning, comfortable chairs. The coffee bar with tile backsplash and floating shelves borders the unique pantry with custom french doors, while at the other end of the kitchen is a bar with the same tile to keep the continuity of design. The flooring is durable, water resistant engineered hardwood, and continues throughout the entire first floor. The classic white cabinets brighten the entire space and extend into the laundry room. The open floor plan brings the family room to the kitchen where the fireplace and mantle were renovated to seamlessly blend the rooms.
