An inspection revealed there was no salvaging the existing deck off the main floor that also covered the walkout for the lower level. The homeowners were great to work with and made this job a fun place to be each day. Together we collaborated to design a new deck with an expanded footprint, replacing the old rotted wood decking with composite. The perimeter is framed with a stylish aluminum railing. These new materials provide beauty & comfort with low maintenance and extended durability.
